I've paid membership dues for about 4 months which cost me approcimately $80.00. I decided to cash out this amount in winnings to see how easy the process was. Well, I was happy to have received a check in about 5 business days. Only problem is that it can not be cashed. My banking informed me there was no phone number to call to verify so I emailed Spade Club for one and they gave me a number that dosnt exist. So the check is worthless. Dosnt surprise me though. Internet is 95% all scams anyway. Can only blame myself.

Hello,

My name is John and I am the customer support manager at SpadeClub. We are sorry to hear that had an issue claiming your SpadeClub winnings.

We process hundreds of check requests each month. This is the first instance of a problem such as this we have been made aware of. All of our cashout requests are drawn from a well known Nevada bank. We've never had a check bounce or have received notice that anybody has had any issues with requests for a 'phone number' other than this.

We also process hundreds of ACH - direct deposit requests each month as well. This would be another alternative and much easier option to cash out any winnings from SpadeClub. ACH transactions usually are deposited in the customer's bank account within a few business days.

If Mr. or Ms. 'Mjfarn - Salt Lake City, Utah' would be so kind as to contact us for further assistance, we would be happy to help him or her. Our support address is 'support@spadeclub.com'.
