   These guys are the epitome of worthlessness.  They don't respond to problems in a timely manor, do not honor their warranty, and do not care about their customers.  Had to invoke a chargeback to get resolution on an issue with a pump I purchased from them.  It lasted less than a month, and I was given the runaround by their staff.  Buyer beware.  Once these guys get their money that's the end of it.  Don't expect any meaningful support.  You might as well buy a unit from a dirty bum on the street.
