Sparkability.com Never sent product Barre Vermont
*REBUTTAL Owner of company: False Report
I placed an order on sparkability.com and never received the product. I called the 888 number provided for customer service and it wasn't the company's number. After doing extensive research, found the name and address of this company and tried to ask about my order and Mark Eidsness hung up on me. They are stealing people's money by taking orders and not processing them. They need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

#1 REBUTTAL Owner of company
False Report
AUTHOR: Mark @ Sparkability - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, April 05, 2009
There are a few problems with the posting about us on this site...
1. We have never had a customer in Philadelphia - anywhere in Pennsylvania or elsewhere named "Matt T".
2. We do not have an 888 number, but our actual phone number is given on our website.
3. I have never had a call or email from anybody even claiming to be this fictional customer.
4. We certainly do make mistakes with our actual customers occasionally, but when we do we work to resolve them as quickly as possible.
5. If the fictional customer responsible responsible for this posting can't find a more constructive way to spend what is apparently an over-abundance of free time I will have no choice but to pursue legal action. I am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt (Yes, I know exactly who posted this and no they aren't a customer, vendor, or anybody else we have ever done business with. The fact that I am not giving their name or company here should be proof enough of how I do business.) Libel and slander are both serious crimes and we will have no choice but to respond to you in the legal arena if you continue in this fashion. I don't know what you are hoping to accomplish but I truly hope that can find some other outlet for your frustrations before I have to escalate this.
