Bail bondsman are definitely the criminals along with any other persons who falsely arrest an innocent to satisfy their distasteful desire of damaging a young man's background with criminal charges. I will bail my nephew out a hundred times over if I have to since I know he is not a criminal.

I called the offices of the attorney and inspector general in new york city. I was told that there's not investigation against JUAN PENA. CALL JUAN PENA IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY SPARTAN/ZOUVELOS.

How can this be?  Reports that New York State Taxpayer dollars being used to pay the salaries and pensions of certain NY Insurance Department examiners and regulators; while allegations that one or more of them, such as Juan Pena, is under investigation by New York law enforcement authorities for various serious charges which include misconduct, bribery and fraud?
