International Library Of Photography ripoff I to have been mislead and received the useless garbage sent by US mail stating my photo is a semi finalist in the Nature: category. I found the letter sent a bit shady due to them asking for money to purchase a book and additonal monies to enter a statement of my background in photography. Owenings Mills Maryland
