Speed Agency LLC Tom Morsanutto will take your money and ignore you! Internet

On June 21, 2010 I ordered a set of ignition wires for my car, 2nd day air. I paid via PayPal online, and the money was sent to Speed Agency.  The next day I get an email from Tom Morsanutto stating that they didn't have the wires, and thus could also not ship them fast enough (I had paid for 2nd day delivery).  Since I was in a bind, I asked him to cancel my order and refund my money. I also stated that it was "disappointing" that the Speed Agency phone number simply plays a message to email them, and that they never answer the IM addresses they display also. I believe it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a human on the phone.

One and a half business weeks have gone by, and due to my quick action, PayPal refunded my money when I opened an immediate dispute. I also told them to drop SpeedAgency from being a PayPal merchant.

To this day, 9 days after I placed the order, I still have not heard a single word, or rather, email, out of Speed Agency. This outfit is simply a scamming site taking peoples' money and then hiding. I see I am not the first to post a complaint about them.
