Speed-Daddy did not send all i purchased, sold me defective parts, ignore any attempts to communicate and resolve City of Industry Nationwide, Ca

I have never been treated this bad by a company in my life. I Purchased a turbo kit advertised as a "direct bolt on" come to find out it will not fit what so ever, they did not send all the parts which I paid for or refunded any money agreed upon, turbo has excessive play I know if it ever gets run it will grenade,1) to rehash not all the parts i paid for were sent  2) the pats that were sent do not fit application advertised or are defective 3) to top it off they will not communicate back regarding the issues.  I have been ripped off to the extent it is criminal. i will not let this issue go and will visit there local court house as well as there place business. I can not believe i have fought in two foreign wars to protect people such as the people representing "Speed Daddy/DNA Motoring".  this is not over by any means. being ripped off for $1300 is a matter I will not let go I am willing to spend more for justice alone.
