Mr. Spencer is building homes in the Atlanta metro area. He has built more than a few in my neighborhood. I know he has questionable dealings with a few neighbors where he ripped one off for money on a house he closed on and another house or two it seems he has some questionable practices for taking down trees and dealing with some of the surrounding neighbors beside his builds.
Some of the contractors working with this company may be doing so in an illegal manor such as removing trees that are not a hazzard and that are not dead or Dying. We have copies of a few requests for tree removal for trees that simply are not in bad shape. Be cautious of anyone from his attorneys to third party contractors that work with him.
He also appears to like to make promises to people that he does not keep. My suggestion is to keep your distance from Chris Spencer and Spencer Love Homes LLC as they seem to do business in a manor that has no integrity whatsoever.
Please find another Builder that wants to treat people right. This one does not.
