I completed the rebate form and included both the rebate receipt and original receipt for submission to SPI Inc's MP3 rebate offer. It's been 10 weeks since I mailed it in, and I have not received my rebate check, nor can I get anyone at SPI Inc. to return my inquiries as to where my rebate check is. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

Do not fall for SPI Inc.'s rebate scam on their MP3 players.
