SpiderWeave - Treblow Enterprises Refused to transfer a domain name when client left their hosting services, so domain name could be used with a new hosting service, therefore effectively shutting down a clients email services and web site. ripoff East Stroudsburg Pennsylvania

This was a report give by a hosting Company "Domain Masters.net" SpiderWeave was a reseller for them and left to grow and get their own dedicated servers. When we left Rich Williams from Domain Masters refused to give any prepaid accounts a refunds even though they have a 30 day money back policy and a pro-rated close your account any time policy. He stated that all accounts for resellers were under a 1 year contract even if they are a month to month payment. We signed no contracts. We were owed over $800 but we felt the move was the best for us. Now that you know the back story let's get to the domain name explanation. Their client owed us for 4 years of domain registration which since they are a local business and in our quest to keep good with local business we did not shut the domain down until they wished to leave without paying. We sent 5 invoices and they refused to pay so we shut the domain off until we received payment. Once were received payment we released the domain.
