Downloaded "free" game - Poker Superstars 3. Exercised purchase option. Cost was $19.99 which was deducted from my bank promptly. Company provided activation key that didn't work. Multiple requests (8) to customer service remain unanswered. The date the money was transferred was January 2, 2008 exactly one month ago. I still cannot activate the game.
