I will swear on my grave that this is the biggest scam out there?

I follow the proper procedure to get a full refund as they ave a 30 day money back garantee! I had my letter sent on the 21 st of January with all the proper paper work asking for a full refund. thirty days started December 31 2011. I spent extra money so it would be there in 3 business days which would have allowed enough time to get the guarantee?

It has been 5 weeks and NO refund......they say they are an honest company haha pay me my money and I may change my mind?

I am am very pissed at this scam outfit!

I would like to know under what name your company is licensed.

I used the government website for the State of Delaware to search for a business license for Sponsored Whips.  There were no results.

This is not an accusation; I understand many companies use DBA's and are licensed under another name.  However, since your claim is that you are incorporated and licensed, I would like to know under what name that license exists.

I would like information regarding the name your business is licensed under in the State of Delaware.

I recently searched for license information regarding your company and and the government website had no record of a license for Sponsored Whips.

This is not an accusation;  I am aware that a company frequently will use a DBA.  I am just wondering since you state in your rebuttal your are licensed and incorporated.

Sponsoredwhips HAS a refund Policy... its a 30 day MBG... WE ARE SOOOOO confident in our refund policy, and the validity of your operation

A gentleman read some bad reviews and quickly wrote a bad one about us BEFORE his 30 days were up, but we saw this and he asked for a refund within his 30 days and wrote a retraction and STATES THE REFUND CAME IN!

Companies will all ways have people not happy or satisfied its the way the biz world is.. and WE ARE a biz trying to make money to pay a staff, a office lease and GROW. We never have lied and said we are a charity.. so if our employees get paid from the "service fees" we charge show us 
how thats a "Scam"..

Also find me ONE post were some says: "they WORE all the logos, went to shows, and DID EVERYTHING we asked them to prove to sponsors they earned it, and they didnt get it... all the negative posts are SPAM by our competitors, non clients, and people who didnt follow our advice... sorry but true...
