i began asking for the funds from my account in 4/2009.
it took months for them to send me a check. i asked before depositing the check if it was 'good' becos of the time that had elasped & they assured me it was "GOOD to deposit".

THEN, they sent me a 'gift card' with no mention of their name or who it was from. the check was ALREADY deposited & did NOT clear. i was charged $20 from the bank. SPORTS.com has ignored my further requests to reimburse me for that $20. i even had the OK via email they sent me!

so, i just went to use the gift card since sports.com ignored me. NOW, the gift card EXPIRED (within 2 months)!!

so to this day (12/4/09) i STILL do not have my refund or the $20 in bank fees after DOZENS of emails, etc.

totally incompetent co.
DO NOT USE THEM.

they still owe me $178.00
