I paid for an item and never received it. None of my attempts at contact through email or phone were answered until I filed a complaint with Pay Pal against the company. Now they won't even give back my money.

This customer misunderstood that there is a construction period on his pieces, which are limited edition, made to order items. Once he was directed to the shipping policy, he understood and we refunded him. Case closed.
