What payment arrangment did you want?

AUTHOR: Pdr - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 04, 2008

Most likely if you have a bill that's 900 dollars, you have been abusing our temporary credit policy. That's when you say you'll make a payment and we issue a credit to cover that payment...after a certain amount of days the credit falls off, leaving you with the same bill as when you called for a payment arrangement unless the payment is made.

I have seen where many people can't keep the arrangement and keep calling and asking for an extension. While we're issuing extensions, you're still being billed your monthly charges! I've seen where people call every few days promising to make a payment and the payment is never made...this is how the bill gets to be so high...monthly charges + no payments = a high bill!

So, before you say we won't help, keep in mind...we've helped, you just refuse to pay.
