sprint moblie service my second line was stolen n my personal info was used to port it to boost mobile.94579 california

 i have made polce report and been trying to resolve this with sprint since nov 2015, im still paying for both services leases and insurance but my line is cut off n im being charged 1000 for cancelation i did not do.they have added international texting to be charged to my account as well with out my knowledge. ive delt with this evey month 2 3 times when they shut off my phone. i have much more detail please help.           

  My name is Ms. Randi Quintell im desperate for help. i purchased two phones and lines Oct 2015 at my local sprint. Nov 2015 my phone was stolen and my personal info was used to port it over to boost with out my knowledgeor authorizeation. I was unaware this occured at first until i saw the bill. I contacted sprint they asked a few questions and said they will make a fraud report. They restored my service after i payed 200 as they requested and said it was takin care of. The next month it was shut off again and has continued sayin i owe all this money 1000+ i have spoken to atleast 100 reps and 50 managers from migration fraud, claims etc each month until now. i have goten no where.   

            So they allowed some one to use my info and accused me of allowing my ex boyfriend of doing it or incinuating that i sold it. I have never delt with such treatment in my life. I've been hung up on like 100 times etc. by them. they will not clear my account when they have the police report and all the info they need. I'm still paying for the whole service but being chared a cancelation fee as well as other random unknown fees on my bill. they wont send me a paper statement breakdown since i can not get online billing. there is so much my detail and fraud being commited against me i need your help. my moneynis being embessled and fraud committed in my case. im a struggling single mom and need my phone for everything at the moment. i have medical issues going on that i can not recieve call from as well as attorneys on my home being forclosed on, im on workmans comp since ive been injured at work and cant speak to them, surgens, my daughters school in case of emergency, etc i have not other phones or funds to obtain a new phone. again i hav great detail i can elaberate on. please contact me at [email protected] // or on my fathers phone at (((REDACTED))). god bless you for your help im in a real bind and this is stressing my life extremely. please contact me asap. thank you
