Sprint Wireless Sprint's only profit center seems to be sucker punching anyone that makes the mistake of signing up for their non-service Flower Mound TX

1st, Sprint employees lie about network upgrades.  The reception seems fine in their stores when you're shopping (probably a microcell in the store), but many areas around Dallas have no coverage.  

Even if you cancel and agree to pay an ETF, they will string along your 'cycle end' date and not really cancel your account to rack up additional monthly charges.  

They WILL charge you an ETF even if you bring your own device.  An ETF on non-subsidized equipment?  Ridiculous!  

I made the mistake of thinking the new Sprint was the same Sprint of a few years back that was trying to improve their reputation and network.  In only 6 months, I've spent over $2000 in various charges trying to get rid of this terrible company AND THEY STILL WANT MORE!  

"Cancel my account" means "Cancel my account" Sprint.  It does NOT mean, "wait until the end of the current cycle, bill me for another month of no reception, then forget to cancel my service and charge me for months on end."   

I went to the "top" of their customer service...the Dan@Sprint.com fake e-mail to the CEO.  I guess Dan has better things trying to do in trying to do mergers, etc. so now he just has helpers reading the company script and offering absolutely no resolution to the problems caused by their errors and ommissions. 

Bottom line; don't do ANYTHING verbally either over the phone or in a store with Sprint.  Have everything in writing about even the most mundane account action so you will have something for court.
