sprint wireless customer fraud kansas city, Missouri

Dan Hesse and Sprint is commiting fraud on their customers. I've had sprint for my smart phone service for over 9 months and the internet has either not worked at all or has been extreemly poor. I have spoken to numerous technicians at the store as well as the one they sent to my house and they all say the towers are having problems. then sprints executive offices tells me oh well there's nothing we are going to do about it because the contract states that the customer has to pay for service not that sprint has to provide the service. after researching online i find out that sprint has been doing this to numerous customers for over 2 years. basicly stealing money from their customers for no reason. i have made over a thousand calls to rectify the situation and they always say screw you we are keeping your money and there aint a dammned thing you can do about it. this is the very definition of fraud. william shipmon from sprints executive offices is a scam artist who is only in the buisness of ripping off the american people. they will continue to steal from their customers untill they are held accountable for their actions. I am posting this to prevent other people from becoming victims such as i have.
