Made adjustments to my sprint cell phone account dating back to 8/13. Have all the emails that support my position. My plan was never changed and to this day is still not changed!! If I had to guess it would be well over 1,000  dollars in overpayments and they keep saying they will fix it but never do. Don't reccomend using sprint for any individual or buisness. A quick google search shows the did the same thing to FBI and DEA  so I guess im not surprised ....Looking for a new carrier on Monday.  Good Luck to All...Don't walk....Run away from Sprint

So HOW have you been ripped off? Im NOT seeing it. From your own post........My plan was never changed and to this day is still not changed!!.....meaning that YOU are still paying what you were paying BEFORE!!! So NOT a ripoff. YOU wanted to change your plan, it didn't happen. So YOU have NOT been overcharged!!! THAT is a blatant LIE on YOUR part. YOU can STOP playing the victim because YOU have NOT been victimized. YOU have NOT been overcharged. We ONLY have YOUR WORD that what YOU say is true. If you did indeed change your plan, then it would have happened. Since it DID NOT happen, then odds are that YOU chose to NOT change your plan for whatever reason. THAT is NOT a rip off. Odds are that YOU received a large bill and then chose to make a defaming post out of anger.
