SPUNKY'S GLASS PIPES Mix-up order , No response from "contact us" or email ! Edmonds Washington

 SPUNKY'S GLASS PIPES , sends out adds on "faceBook" . After add shows an item I am interested in , I order it (7/9/16) . Package arrives 7/18/16 , (quick) . Wrong item enclosed , no paperwork or invoice . Check account , shows order date & action , also shows my order by name of item & SKU # , tracking link shows error code , "contact us" (funny !) ! 7/18/16 & 7/20/16 messaged at "contact us" link . 7/20/16 "e-mail" store . (nothing from them) . I re-packed their item (a little like my order & +- $2.00 USD) wait for my item & return postage for theirs-not hold breath ,lol ! I can see by all the complaints , that , this is common practice ! The only recourse will be : *****SOCIAL MEDIA*****FACEBOOK***TWITTER***INSTAGRAM***PINTEREST*****!!! I realize that more people have been fighting for a longer time & probably more money ! A purchase is a purchase & customer service is necessary for a successful businesses longevity ! How many complaints are necessary for a company to change its ways ? I have un-liked them on their page . Too bad they are not answering/acknowledging e-mails . They would know of my call for ripped-off customers ,"CUSTOMERS" taking to "SOCIAL MEDIA" & ARTICULATELY - BAD MOUTH THEM !!! Your likely to be satisfied only by : Saving Other humans from "Predatory" , "Bogus" , "Cannabusiness" !!!
