I purchased a cell phone on eBay and signed up for a warranty on Squaretrade.com. After about 6 months, the flip phone started coming about on the hinge. When I attempted to file the claim, they said physical damage was not covered and implied that I had damaged the phone. They denied supporting the claim. When I mentioned I had several other warranties with them it made no difference. what a ripoff. Beware - do not use them!
