Square Enix/Play Stole My Credit Card Credit card number stolen, My bank is on their side Internet
*Consumer Comment: Final Fantasy XI
This company sells fantasy game time. They STEAL your credit card to do it. When ANYONE calls, they get the run around. They will never cancel the $27. charge plus $2.00 in fees for using my stolen card. I had to work this out myself because another company did the same thing and they probably shared the information. I closed the account you can only trust so much. Internet sources should police these crooks. Ray

Final Fantasy XI

Does anyone you know have the video game "Final Fantasy XI" its for the playstation and the PC.
If so, they used your credit card to purchase monthly time on the video game.
The bigger problem you have here, is someone has taken your credit card and used it for online purchases. You should look and see who you know that would do that. These companies just don't randomly acquire your information.
So check at home or with your friends and family, and see if someone has this game. That would be your culprit.
Square Enix won't refund the time afterwords, because they have no way to know you didn't use the time they sold. They would go out of business if you could buy time and call them to get a refund on it afterwords.
