Squat or Not.com They sent one of three things I ordered. After complaining, they sent one more item. I am still missing one item after 4 months. Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Be cautious when ordering from this site. They sent me only one of three items I paid for initially. I waited months and the tracking stated that the item was still coming. When I contacted them, they said they would send the other two items. I am four months out now and am still missing the other item that I already paid for. My experience is that they are disorganized and since they are in another country, it is likely difficult if not impossible to get your money back. I am not even going to waste the time to try.

Good morning, I have ordered 3 times from squat or not.com and for one of myorders I had a similar problem with part of my it, maybe caused by the disoganization or maybe an error, I don't know but I have contacted the customer service and they was really kind and quickly solved the problem sending me a higher money value product (the one I choose wasn't available anymore).
For this reason I suggest customer to contact them in case of any problem, they are always very responsive. Hope my report can help someone in the future.
