I sent in $55 and $10 s/h. When I received the packet and discovered that it was not what they presented it to be in the soliciation I returned with a letter requesting a refund of my $55.
After one month and no response, I sent another letter requesting a refund. To this date not response.
I have been contemplating filing mail fraud charges against them. And I am going to contact my bank regarding possible recourse in relation to the money order I used.
