We bought a sunroom from SRA in 2000- found out later we grossly overpaid for it.

  It has had several leaks and the outside panels are rotting.

They have been called several times, promising to call and schedule to fix the leak and look at the

panels, but never follow through.  Chris is the operations manager who on several occasions promised to

call back and schedule something but never did.  When we bought it the salesman told us there was a lifetime

warranty.  Would be happy to upload pics of rotting panels for all to see their magnificent workmanship.
