THIS MAN EXPECTS HIS EMPLOYEES TO BE AT THE JOB ON POST AND ON TIME BUT THEIR HARD WORK IS REWARDED BY BEING RIPPED OFF. I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM 6 WEEKS AS A SUPERVISOR. FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS I HAVE HAD TO CHASE AFTER MY PAY DRIVING 60 MILES OUT OF MY WAY TO GET IT. THIS WEEKEND MY PAY IS 4 DAYS OVER DUE.
WHEN I SPEAK TO HIM I GET EXCUSES LIKE EITHER THIS EVENING OR IN THE MORNING I PROMISE AND THEN HE DOES NOT PICKUP THE PHONE. HE HAS COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF OTHER GUARDS BY FINDINGEXCUSES TO SUSPEND THEIR PAY OR NOT PAY THEM FOR TIME WORKED. HE LIKES TO PAY EVERYONE OFF THE BOOKS SO HE CAN MANIPULATE THEM. THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED BY THE DEPT OF LABOR.

You can complain about that (expletive deleted) to:
1. The IRS, call the criminal investigation division and tell them what he is doing. Don't give your name. Tell the investigator where they can find the information like the set of books this guy is keeping, etc.
2. Your Labor Board -- Tell them that he owes you money and tell him how much and tell them what he is doing. You won't get any Social Security if you work off the books and who knows how much he is really getting. Is he paying overtime? If not, tell them about it!
3. Report his operation to the board in your state that licenses private security contractors. He might not even BE licensed and then they can charge him with a felony and a few other things that will insure he goes away and can't operated another off the books crooked priavte security company. Especially if the security officers are armed in anyway with firearms, ASP batons, etc. and make arrests...
Is he giivng you any sort of company id card of firearms permit card? Talk to an investigator at the agency that licenses private security officers and maybe you can put this RIP OFF guy OUT OF BUSINESS!
