If you value customer service and believe that you should be treated well by your car loan company, then do not use SST a.k.a Systems and Services Technologies Inc. to finance your auto loan!!!!!! We paid off our loan, never having a late payment, never missing a payment, and always paying extra and were always considerate customers. At the end of our loan, we traded in our car for a different vehicle and needed SST to fax proof of pay off to the auto dealership for us. We dealt with a woman named Alix who said she could help us if we faxed her in some paperwork. We did that and now almost two weeks later she did not do her job! When I called in again after the car dealership called stating they never received anything, I got a man who kept mumbling and repeating everything he said! After 20 minutes of dealing with him, and asking to speak to a supervisor multiple times, he finally transferred me. The supervisor had no more power, and was no more helpful than the previous guy, and even transferred me back to the original woman Alix that I had been having problems with! She was rude and would not help, and was completely incompetent! In the end, I got nowhere, and am still waiting for the problem to be resolved!!!!!!!!!!!! The manager said the information would be faxed tomorrow because they have "many loans to take care of!" I have been told that 4 times now, and I just don't believe them anymore! I am advising anybody who is looking for an auto loan to avoid SST at all costs! If you do need help, nobody there will help you and they will be rude to you while they don't do it!
