In my opinion, these people will lie and then lie again in order to bring in the revenue necessary to pay high salaries to the co-founders and the relatives they employ. They want to keep their salaries secret from the low paid workers. That’s why the Employee Handbook warns that disclosing salaries (even your own) is grounds for immedicat firing (they are proudly anti-union). They probably also want to keep their salaries secret from the people who pay big bucks to come to this power-of-positive-thinking-is-all-you-need outfit.

The people at St. Jude are friendly enough but you simply can't trust a thing they say. It might be true (if that helps them) or it might be false (if that helps them). And by "if it helps them", I mean if it helps them make more money. That's always their big corcern.
