Jean M Lawerance was transported to St Jude's AFC Home, Feb 6 2013. She had been deemed a danger to her-self and possibly others by Marquette Co. Probate Court 1 or 2 weeks prior. Hours after arriving at St Jude's is was allowed to walk the city. 8 to 10 PM. Reported to Escanaba Public Saftey as walk away! She has not been heard from or seen since. St Jude's AFC and Escanaba Public Saftey have taken the postion that she is an adult and was free to make her own decisions. The Mqt County Probate documents would prove otherwise. My daughters have not found one single Law firm in Michigan willing to take on a fight against St Jude's AFC and The State of Michigan.
