St Marc Materials Company hires vendors and doesn't pay its contractors faribault MN

St. Marc Materials hired a client of mine to perform chipping services on the concrete trucks. The balance owed is about 6900.00. They never paid the Chipping Company, and they have made up real dumb excuses . for example , that they had sent the check to the wrong company, and that they were waiting for a refund. I call the company that they claimed they sent the check to , and so such thing happened.
Chris Hanke is a blatant liar , and deceptive. The guy is not credit worthy, I wouldnt do business with him . Good luck getting your money if you are owed, We will be filing a lawsuit against him soon enough.
