This man is famous for offering jobs and not paying his workers. He also cheats the city out of money by not getting his building permits and hiding what he is doing under the guise of "I don't understand English" when he understands perfectly. Do not do handshake deals or even signed contracts with this person. He will renege on it and call his lawyer to sue you. He needs to go back to his own country and stop making money off of honest US citizens.

He will hire you to work, but not tell you he is doing some illegal building without permits. Will not pay you the agreed on wage.
