STAGES OF BEAUTY RIPOFF- I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND Internet

Stages Of Beauty is a big ripoff!  They sent me a sample and then I had a Debit of $70+ debited from my account.

When I called to find out what this charge was for, the agent informed me this was for product that was sent to me.  I asked what needed to be done if I don't wish to receive any more products from them.  The agent told me I just needed to return it to them unopened, and I would be reimbursed for the product less Postage and Handling.

I received the package and did exactly what I was instructed to do.  I have called several times to find out when I would receive my refund, and have been told they have not received the product.  I have still not received my refund of $70+ and the product was returned in June of 2013.

I work for a competitive company and after a certain time has passed, if a customers states they have returned the product to receive Credit, we at lease satisfy the customer by filing the Claim for the return.  The customer is then refunded a portion of their money.  Stages Of Beauty has no interest in customers, all they seem to want is to take money from people.

People need to stop doing business with this Comapny.  They are liars and thiefs.
