This Roy advertised web serves teaching with hosted website blog. After reviewing videos and charges on my credit card for broken videos lessons to be told go craigslist post his scamming site. He advertised if not happy money back guarantee, i requested refund within 24 hours.

Did not get response, three days no response opened case in Paypal to resolution, first seven days is to communicate with the business. Right after opened the complaint, got email saying only $100 was refunded, the name in email was claiming to be Victoria speaking for Roy saying only partial refund please give 7 days depending on my bank.

Still waiting on that refund credit. Well just 1 day left to escalate the case for PayPal to step in, starting getting messenges in my Facebook saying I can cry, scream, yell do what I must do, not getting all my money back.

I went to dinner with family, spent couple hours with grand kids and filed complaint with BBB and copied his threaten messenges to them. At 11 PM at night my phone gets flooded with messenges again from Roy threntin me with slander, business reputation reuined and I will be paying him thousands of dollars and his legal team will be contacting me.

I got my money back finally but he is pissed off, him sending messenges like that late at night is against the law and any business knows that. Avoid this man, he is only one person claiming to have mulitple people working for him, when he doesn't. He is a thief/scammer/ unprofessional, rip off
