I received a denial of my initial claim (even though the technician indicated it was a covered failure, "seem separation", we were told by the technician that he had seen several chairs with similar defects and that the manufacturer had changed the chair to eliminate the problem). I responded to the "Denial Review Department" per the letter I received.

I waited over 30 days, again per the letter, but received no response. I mailed a second copy of my letter sending it return receipt requested. I received a return receipt but have yet to hear from the company.
