After daily calls, a representative of this company made harassing calls on a daily basis. Finally answered and what' a mistake that was.. I was told by personnel concepts that by law I had to comply, which according to them, meant I had to purchase their information. They were bullies and did not give the correct information about compliance. They said by law I had to purchase their information to the tune of over $200.00. I found out that was an outright lie. I could obtain the posters from the government sight. Very unhappy feel they are misleading and bullying people and not telling the truth. Bait & hook I will be contacting them for a refund.
