Stanford Who's Who Solicited membership, Have tried to cancel, sent emails, and filled in contact form online, no response Internet

I was contacted by a Sales Representative - Stanford Who's Who.
I was told I would receive an agreement, and a statement of costs before any charges would be made.
However, charges were made and I have received nothing.

I have sent emails, filled out the contact form on Website requesting a refund in full and that no further charges be made.

I have not received any response, and no confirmation of correspondence.

I am seeking help in reference to this matter.

I want a full investigation into the unconscionable behavior of this Group and a full refund of monies charged
