Stanley K. Joe, CPC/PHR, a Right Management Consultant has participated in some unethical practices as a Right Management consultant.


Stanley had received my resume from a job fair and began calling me frequently.
Stanley began calling and emailing me too frequently for my own comfort.

He mentioned that he wanted to provide to me some help with my resume and to engage in a "I help you, you help me" type of exchange whereby he would provide career guidance and networking opportunities in order to provide new employment.

The frequency with which Stanley called me and the types of comments he began making, started to become a form of harassment.

Stanley began to subject me to racial and personal insults over the phone, and in person which were entirely out of line and unprofessional.

As time went on, Stanley also began making unwelcome sexually suggestive comments and advances towards me, which were very offensive.

Stanley also mentioned that he would try to help find a job for me which is what I was looking for at the time.  As time progressed, this promise turned out to be a lie.  
Stanley Joe also promised to send me to a training course offered by Right Management which was also a lie.

Stanley K. Joe, CPC/PHR, abused his position of trust as a Right Management Consultant and began to use his position to attempt to pursue his personal interests.
