Stanley Torgerson owns ICA and other companies and is ripping people off by supposedly selling their classic cars but never paying them. I sold mine thru ICA in Nov 2009 and have never received any money from the sale.
I have been in contact with people in several states who have had the same thing happen to them. He is being investigated by numerous agencies due to his scam.
More and more people are coming forward and at last count it was 35. He has at least 15 lawsuits against him.

Stanley Torgerson of now defunct ICA auctions and now of Torgerson Motorsports (TMS) was indicted on 101 felony charges of theft and fraud in Maricopa County AZ in May 2011. Anyone who has not been paid by him needs to contact Bill Montgomery at the county attorney's office as soon as possible.
