I am an investigator for the Dekalb Police Department in DeKalb Illinois. I have done some checking into Star Communications. I am not going into a lot of detail about the company because it appears that the company is well known among those it has defrauded. I can tell you that everyone should file a complaint with the California Attorney Generals Office, 916 322-3360. They are aware of the company but the more complaints they get the more time they will spend with an investigation.
