Star Communications immoral, fruadulant, criminal. These are just a few words that come to mind when I think of this company, ripoff. Canoga California

This company called me several times exclaimingthat I had won a freeshopping spree because of all my online shopping. I was very sceptical when they asked for a check number so I called my bank to verify if this was a legit company. The bank was no help but I figured since the company was recording our conversation that everything would be ok. BOY WAS I WRONG!!!

Star communications never sent me the free items that claim I won but they did extract the $3.95 out of my checking account. About a month later I get another call from the company.

They said that there has been an error on their part and they needed my info & another check number. This time I said no to the check number but gave all other information.

A week later my checking account was debited 2x's for the total amount of 298.00!!!

I immediately called the company to complain and was given an address to send my complaint. I was also given a number to call that is always busy, in fact every number I have tried has been busy. I had my attorney write the company a letter on my behalf and contacted my bank.

The bank told me that they could not do anything because I had given the company permission to take the first $3.95. To add insult to injury they charged me an additional $4.95 for the next shipment of the FREE product I never got. What a Rip Off!!!!
