Starfone is an international phone company that went out of bussiness on 03/21/17 without any prior notice to its clients . I have been a loyal client of them for 15 years ..... I had a credit with them of $156.35 (minus whichover I used in phone calls of about $10.00 ) .

After they closed , I expected a refund of my credit which I have not been able to get , I tried to call them , but all their phones are disconected , It seems that they have panished from the face of earth .

Is their anyway I might be getting my money back? .....help please , Thank you
