Starpoint Solutions temp agency scam, does not pay weekly wages, no phone or email returned New York New York

A temp agency, Starpoint, 115 Broadway, Second Floor, New York NY 10006, refuses me of weekly wages which have been agreed upon in the employment contract.

I was first contacted by a recruiter, Jason Walkow, regarding a job opening in Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi's New York office. After a couple of interviews and paperwork, I started working in the bank, and was supposed to be paid weekly wages by the bank through Starpoint.

I made inquiry by phone and email, but most of them were not returned.
Tom Laux, an associate in their Broadway office, told me that it was not his or Jason's fault, and he warned me not to contact his superior regarding this problem.

As of June 19, I still haven't received paychecks with correct payment amount for either of the weeks I worked in the bank since May 11. Each week, Starpoint paid me much less weekly amount than the agreed amount in the contract.
