start vaper pro vaper cancelled acct, charged mw 99.95 again for nothing with debit memo Orem Utah

paid for starter kit. One month later they charged me 99.95. Went to my bank and changed debit card numbers. Told start vaper to cancel my account and they said they would. 2 months later they charged me 99.95 again with a debit memo, only this time they sent nothing and supposedly on a closed account.  Phone number for them is 1 888 506-8126 since they do not leave any contact information. They need to be shut down permanently and refund everyone who made the mistake of using their card for purchase and a lawsuit filed
