Startechmedia Hileah Fla Company advertised and took money but never delivered product

On April 10,2020, I found an advertisment for ventilated saftey mask and used my credit card to order 5 at a cost of $83.00   I did not receive a receipt nor any form of conformation of my transaction. I have not received the mask. I contacted the number listed and received a voice mail that their operating hour are 10-5pm.

It said for issues with orders someone would come on the line to assist or go the the support email address and someone will contact me. I remained on hold after the prompt and received no assistance. I think Ive been ripped off by this company and would like them investigated. This web page came up when i was attempting contact with the Startechmedia company.
