This company with its smooth talking sales people entise you in like the spider and the fly. They change their words and trap you into a unbreakable lease. Boy was I taken in, but no more, I cut them off. No more free money to these idiots. They lied, lied, lied and change things as we went along. I don't trust anyone any more.

Is Startup essentials/James One/USA Card Services still in business?
The Dallas FTC had an investigation going into these people, but the company packed up and left and became, supposedly, Bigfly Media, LLC at a post office box down the road.
The FTC closed the case because management, at all levels, in charge of the office, had no clue how to let employees conduct investigations without overbearing, suffocating, micromangement to the Nth degree.
This was a good case, but it's gone. If this company is still doing this, it's a shame. Even worse is the FTC, BBB, and AG offices don't care. The best course of action to take if you're stuck in this scam is to close all accounts from which they draw from and ignore the threatening letters.
Good luck......
