This company promises support on your "Journey". Support was there at the very beginning however several months into the "journey" My daily email support from them ended. Their phone number changed, leaving no forwarding number where they could be reached and the process in which you log in to the journey was changed leaving me unable to login or make contact in any way.

The only thing that they continued to be consistant on was withdrawing monthly payments from my account!
