Just received this letter and check in the mail, postage from Portugal. My instinct told me to look up State Financial Services [scam] in a google search, and bingo - I found Ripoff Report.

Then in reading the complaints - yes, I almost fell for it.

It is a elaborate check-kiting scheme to separate your hard earned money from you.

After submitting this complaint here, I am on my way to report the scam to ftc.

If you read my complaint: take heed. If it is too good to be true, it probably is a scam.
