State Investigation Department Carole Williams I had recieved harrassing phone calls for several months, then that ended and now I have recieved an email saying I owe money when I never recieved any funds - it's the same group and it's harrassment, Internet

Recieved an email stating I haven't paid any money back from a supposed loan I recieved - I never recieved any money from this company. Have gotten nonstop harrassing phone calls, and now it's in my email. This email also states that I will be taken to court and that they have tried to reach me in the last few days when they have not. There was no physical address, and the phone number that was provided took me to a 'magic jack customer service' type recording. They also provided an extension even though it takes you to the recording. They have my social security number and that is frightening and I would like to get that away from them and to have something done about this harrassment.
