Lesson #3, Day 3.

In my last submission I did refer to two schools and a hospital. In reference to the Cleveland clinic Hospital , Main Campus, Cleveland Ohio, the first thing I cannot not stress enough is that it is a hospital, mostly owned by Saudi Arabian doctors and if I stand correct , one prince. The Saudi Arabians are OUR FRIEND. I met Saudi Arabian Sheiks their while I was a student. Those are by far, the nicest people I have ever met. To be what they are and to come into a live surgery, to meet a nothing like I was, as a student, to shake my hand and to call me “friend”, was so kind. I respect their society and their women and their religion. They are so well behaved. The problems I was referring to in a hospital and the R.N’s were our own American women. I think a lot of our people are just rude, disgusting, disrespectful, and they don’t realize how good they have it, and what a kind country we are. How blessed they are to live her and how kind of a government we have. Not all countries and governments are as kind and giving as ours. We have the most wonderful, generous government on the plant. They are much kinder than I would be if I was running the country. I am thankful to be born in the USA and to be an American. We are so blessed. We need to  be grateful that we have a government that car4s if we have clean water, that we feel safe, thanks to law enforcement, live in peace, and as of now, no one goes hungry in our country.

But I see us as, selfish and wasteful. We are not the most powerful or the most intelligent anymore. And the way we are destroying our planet scares me. The plastics in the sea, our fish are sick. Could we make plastic worth money like Aluminum, in order to clean our Seas, lakes and neighborhoods? I don’t think people realize we are living in a very scary time. If we don’t put the brakes on, stop over populating and polluting, we will have no planet to live on, in a future closer than I think we want to realize.

 The things our America people, these R.N.’s and some of the doctors do are destructive, and offensive. The Saudi Arabian women would NEVER ACT LIKE THAT. They are law abiding and very dedicated to their religion and husbands. I would never bring any harm to these people, as I know their people, when working in the hospital, operate oin a very ethical and caring manner. They would never horse play, as some of the American people do. The R.N.’s I spoke of earlier, one I know for sure, is an operating room R.N., and  I have watched more than one, sit in a live surgery, where she is supposed to be watching and paying attention to what is going on, but sit on her lazy a*s , acting like she thinks she is cool, and constantly text people back and forth, some of it is to forward people they have pictures of that would embarrass the person, that they are either jealous of, or have standing to sue them for screwing up.

The doctors do not usually do these things, they are too busy doing the operation. Although there was a recent incident, while battling with this Medical Board of Ohio, that surveillance ended up being planted in my work/salon bathroom, and it was to stay there until,  the board could video tape me doing anything degrading or embarrassing. Throughout this ordeal, and what I could tell you, would most likely rock your socks, if I stand correct, Former Attorney General Eric Holder was on speed dial for this medical board, my impression was he was abusing his power, authority, obstructing justice by interfering with law suits, using influence and intimidation to help, this board and certain hospitals, to not be held liable for things anyone else would get sued for. I went to the FBI/DOJ in Painesville/Cleveland for help, after I went through the department that was stalking me, the Sheriff turned me away, so I went to the local FBI/DOJ, especially since I was being stalked and harassed by this police department, becausde I told on these 5 cops for trying to molest the minors on duty, and get this, one of the 3 minors was a Painsevillr/Cleveland DOJ Federal Aghents minor daughter.

If this actually hits the website, without a virus or messing it up so it is unreadable, I will be shocked and impressed. You can believe they have me hacked as we speak. They don’t want the public to know these things. Anyhow, I was being abused because I protected his daughter. I went to that officer to ask for help, h did not ever help me as a father or a federal agent. They stood by and watched m be abused, beaten down, and my life ran into the ground. The harassment by them, escalated, and I became more and more frightened, as the next door and the next door and the next door I kicked on, in the government ladder. Continued to slam the door in my face, only saying “Were sorry, we can’t help you”. The surveillance in my work bathroom happened to catch a day when I accidently started my period at work, and was giving one of my clients a spiral perm. I could not leave her, as she as a chemical service. I had to make due and finish the service and take care of my customer first.

The Medical Board of Ohio, got ahold of this , most likely through the Federal Agent, helping them abuse me, and passed it all around, even to this hospital that was already abusing me, and it was put on the internet by one of the screwed up doctors, on U-Tube under the title, ‘the menstrual cycle” to degrade and embarrass me. This federal agent, whom is not the father of the mine, only his partner, hates me, because when I was frantic, they refused to help me, I called him a name I heard certain civilians in town called him. How immature is that? He refused to do his job because somebody called him a name? And he is a federal agent? What I the enemy ever captures him, Crap, they call him a name and he snaps and spills his guts? Look at what I had done to my life, but he won’t do his job, because someone called him a name? This was a pleasure for this obese African American women on the Medical Board as she calls this “Humbling” because she thinks I take pride in myself and she thinks that I think that I’m cute, therefore she can work overtime, and all these people can abuse their power, to degrade and abuse me. Then again, remember, I’m only the victim, right? I just asked for help the right way. I have only seen this “humbling” be done to whites by the board and not blacks. And remember these are the people Governor John Kkasick is telling you to “Work with” and this type of abuse is considered “Just a legal matter” by our state representatives. Although I adore the Senators and Congress as they have repeatedly been the ONLY ones to keep me safe. Ratting out a Federal Agent, you better be clean and scream real loud, they will put you, your family , as one of my family members did land n prison when I first went to the BI for help, telling on these patrolmen for molesting minors and thee patrolmen were cops that the FBI worked local cases with, and somehow my cousin a cop in Waterville Township Ohio, within 12 business days of my call to the FBI asking for help, and the nasty man from the FBI only defended the cops molesting minors, these cops knew of my cop cousin, and he had an incident months previous that he told his chief of, my cop cousin went to prison, labeled a child molester by the FBI, it was suspected Eric Holder and the Medical Board and the hospital were all working together on this one, after incarcerating my cop cousin, also called the warden at times, had my cop cousin thrown in the yard, and he had to constantly be mobv3d throughout several prisons , in his 7 months, because the people on the inside somehow kept finding out he was a cop.

Maybe through Eric Holders NAACP?  They beat him in there. But the cops who were working in that area, confessed to having sex and inappropriate behavior with the minors, but were “friends “ with the FBI , did NPO TIME. THEY actually had sex. My cousin had a picture saved somehow on his desk top of a “barley legal girl” That was all. ^ weeks later, after his arrest that was put on the news, the Cleveland Clinic Hospital, was more than suspected of having their pain clothed Under cover plant a barley 18 DVD in my home. This sop the hospital could say about my cousin “Oh, your family history” and then they planted the DVD on me. I don’t know how they intended on finding it, barley legal is still legal, but remember, I am standing to see for breach of contract, discrimination and fraud on this hospital. , Don’t be surprised if the FBI/DOJ would go after my family after I post this.

I will first start by saying that DR. Noffslinger is a w0nderful, wonderful man and I am a very sensitive person, and I must immediately post this and save him.  And this should not tarnish his reputation or the reputation of Case Western. They are both reliable. He only has your best interest 9in mind. He will try to legally save your license. Trust me, I am confident he knows what this board is like. He is a very gifted man. I want no harm TO COME TO HIM. If this article is found by University Hospital and Case Western, he will surely suffer. The hospital might go as far as kicking him out, when his intention is to do NO HARM. He is trying his best to tell the truth. You don’t know how nasty these hospitals get. He only knows what the board presents to him and then what you tell him in the psych exam. I will later attach the actual recorded psych exam, and I will attach the “consent agreement” that this board tried to force me to sign, and I will point out certain paragraphs, like how they try to force psych medications on you. Not only do they do that, they say they reserve the right to all of your records, and they reserve the right to stop treatment with the doctor of your choice, even if you feel like you’re doing well, and they will pick the doctor they want to finish or continue your treatment. In other words, if the doctor you pick, doesn’t do to you what the board wants done to you, they will find a doctor who will do these things to you.

 Morals in our occupation are very key. We cannot have a s**t, who tries to jump on every half attractive male, including patients or husbands of dying patients, every time we turn out back. I know of one RN right now who sleeps with as many men as she can. She has destroyed one family that was happy before she came along. She has been brought to the attention of the medical board, but they do nothing.

I know of another R.N. that has been brought to the attention 0of the board, that had the hospital police department put illegal surveillance in a females  house, in her bathroom, in her elderly parent’s house, in their bathrooms, in her car, by the rear view mirror, in her job, and on her child. She took as many ugly pictures of this woman as she could, like naked pictures, or pictures in the morning , and more and they began to create a U-tube and web site account , making fun of this woman, as the Medical Board is aware of this, and GOES ALONG WITH IT.Just as Rita is telling you they do. My instructor Rita and Faye Lou at Lorain Community College taught ou class, that the board harasses people, tries to keep people from working and they call the school mocking and making fun of students or practitioners.

 Get this, this R.N. at a certain Hospital at the Main Campus on Cleveland Ohio, even pulled up this woman's medical records and posted them publically. RN's will do this to women  they are jealous of, and don’t like because. as far as this female went,  she blew the whistle on them and turned them into FERPA, as these hospitals are schools, and should follow the same rules as schools, but they often abuse students and people. As far as I know,  the board did nothing to punish this RN, only covered up for her. Instead of revoking her license, as she should not get another chance to do this to a patient, a student or a co-worker, the board just covered it up. This particular hospital will especially do this to a patient they hurt, and has standing to sue their hospital; I have only seen this happen in ONE hospital. I have worked in 3. In Toledo it doesn’t go on. In Cleveland, it does, and this is one of the biggest “Cleveland” hospitals and it is not University Hospitals. You can figure that out. They videotaped this woman’s sex life, put it on the internet and had the police department that was also harassing her becau4 she ratted them out, to go around and tell the public, pass it to her employers, her schools, and more , telling them all she did this to herself. This “Cleveland C…” hospital 9n Cleveland also did this becausde she turned the hospital into FERPA. They tried to make this woman look like a s**t, when she wasn’t, and tried to tell FERPA she did this to herself. When she didn’t.

Just as Rita is stating in her essay. It didn’t stop there, the board will have their investigators unlawfully enter a practitioner’s home and put surveillance on them. Their hopes as we have told you are to try to catch a person doing anything inside their homes, for the board to be able to say “Of, your mental health”. Then the board will mess with the practitioners head, inflicting mental cruelty and psychological damage on them, badger them profusely, trying to upset them more, so they can then step in and say “Oh, you can’t work, you’re too upset”. These doctors, upon being targeted cannot even raise their voices on the phone, as their phone get wiretapped, or around their house. How ridiculous is that? Our salon will be the first ones to tell anyone, “If I need to yell at the kids, I will”. What these poor practitioners put up with IS ABUSE.

 Keep in mind, I know A LOT of dirty little R.N.’’s. As far as Dr. Noffslinger and Case Western and UH Hospital’s go,  they only know  what the board tells him, and as I have shown you, the board only reveals , half-truths, paraphrases sentences, down right lies, tries to frame their practitioners, set them up and just as Rita is telling you, the board has to produce NO evidence at all, and they know this. They claim all complaints are covered by patient confidentiality, as I told you about the emails they refused to even respond to, until I threatened media attention. I have watched this board revoke a doctor’s license and put them in jail, and it was on accusations only. They claim they “investigate”, and the courts have been just taking their word for it, as we trusted them, as a branch of the Government to be honest. We shouldn’t have to sit and ponder, wondering “Is the board telling half the truth, no truth at all or the truth this time?”

On consent/actual probationary document attatched, pay close attention to page 3, then go to last page where they make you release them of ALL liability in order to accept being on "probation". But read entire"probationary terms of agreement" document. This is surley why Rita was smart enough to refuse one of thee exams. The board has sent copies of the exam attached to my first submission, a rebuttal to the person telling Rita to stop  complaining, when she has a real complaint, to my previous employers and my schools to my understanding. To try to label me a problem and a elusional person. Does my vidence look like a delusion to you. It is attached to my submission from yesterday. I will later submit a essay on the Cleveland Clinic Hospital Main Campus in Partnership with Tri-C Main Metropolotin Campus, in Cleveland Ohio. I will show how the hospital fixed geades, I will show how the program manager dismissed me 4 weeks before graduation of a 4 year program that I was on the Dean's list for, with one absence in a year, no tardies. She said I had a "behavior problem" because I refused to give her money so she could go shopping to buy a gift for the Cleveland Clinic Instructor , whom fixed grades, gave me a "C" when I earned an "A". Why would I want to buy that instructor a present. I will attach the exact email, eith this submission or next. The program instructor at Tri-C just wanted to smooze the hospital. Let her do that with her own money. I was tired of giving this school and program mo0ney.  I will attach to next submission, the actual graded papers and offical transdcripts, and where the instructor whom was black, dismissed or failed every white student but passed every blqack with an A or a B. This tri-C school and Cleveland Clinic Hospital is where I met Rita. This school , instead of responding to Rita's emails asking for help, intentionally ignored her as the Medical Board ignored mine, and as Owens Community College ignored mine, only archieving them and taking the time to mock me behind my back to other administrative people, instead of just answering the question. will show you in writing whjat happened when I transefered to Ownes , to try to complete this program, I was succeeding at. How one school and hospital will call another and spread rumors behind peoples backs and that effects your succees. Instead of just answering her email questions, Tri-C h, the school Rita was attending, had her arrested , charged criminnaly and put in jail , for asking a question!

Pay close attention to how they make you agree to letting thjem control your medications and thier strenghts, and they are aware of all side effects of certain drugs, ones that will cause your hair to fall out, make you gain weight, or the most common side effect of psyc drugs, you develop this "tick" where you uncontrollably jerk your head around or develop a clicking in your jaw/mouth. Medical People can be very evil, we are taught that in school. This goes with my first submission that was attqached to the file below this Rita's revbuttal from a suposedly "lay" person, which I think is really someone involved in the board. I was in Surgical Assists training with Rita in 2010, as I styated she was brillant. She knew her stuff. She just had her own opionon. I was told she didnt run into trouble with the board until she took a class aT cASE wESTERN AND ONE OF THEITR PROFESSORS wrote a deraggatory insluting letter about rita to or "for" the Medical Board of Ohio , and then they started their harassment. I will show you later how this Medical Board of Ohio also searches and seeks out people in authoritive , respectable positions, and asks them to write them letters, In my case , I pissed off 2 judges, a police department, a hospital and a school, because they WERE all working together.The board will abuse their authority and use influence and intimidation to coach people to "work with them", they will also lie to local police living atround the person they are targeting, and tell that Police Chief " That person is under investigation" , when their not, or at least not for any real reason. Thank God my hometown police dep[artment in Oregon Ohio  and Toledo were WONDERFUL , and thank you to Chief Mike Navaree who was patient, honest and highly ethical and v4ery wise, all at the same time.  The board will also go to that practitioners co-workers, and try to start a fight between people, lie to the co-workers or lean on them or intimidate them asking them to write  degraggatory letters for them, so they can atrack that practitioner. And they promise to keep all of this "confidential" so that person can write anything they want about anybody, even lie, and as Rita is trying to tell you, they will use anything they want, depending on how bad they want to target a certain practitioner.

To whom ever is criticizing this Rita's Comments and talking as if they know how this board operates. Let me tell you, YOU ARE DEFINATLY A LAY PERSON> This Rita was brilliant. Ask our entire class. I watched this woman be picked on, targeted and singled out, for only having her own opinion. I have had an ongoing case/battle with this medical Board of Ohio for almost 8 years. I'm not accusing them of being liars, I can prove it I n writing on THIER LETTERHEAD. So, talk some more crap. If I can attach just a few documents, to prove this I will.

Listen LOUD AND CLEAR: I told on 5 cops for molesting minors while on duty. There retaliation was to stalk , harass , assault and batter, falsely arrest me, unlawful entries into my home,  and more call for assists to outside departments to also pull me over and harass me. For some reason I do not believe you are a "lay" person, I think your someone connected to the board.  This went on from 2010-present. I was so scared, went through the department first with no resolution, it only became more aggressive. Asked the Sheriff for help, went to local FBI/DOJ whom says that is not what they do, after that I went to the Medical Board as I was lead to believe these cops were submitting complaints in retaliation for my letting the department quietly know, that these kids were going around stopping and telling everybody about the cops calling them and texting them, wanting them to meet them to have sex. Most of these were middle aged married men, and knew these girls were underage. The sergeant at the department escalated it out of proportion, and the department got aggressive.

After the Medical Board refused to eve n respond to my cry for anyone to help me, as I was a single white female, living in a city 150 miles east of my hometown and family. I then went to the Governor, whom refereed me to the Senate. The outcome of this ordeal was not all bad. The Governor Kasack considered the police harassment to be a local problem, but no one locally would help me. I was a licensed Massotherapist with the Medical Board at that time. I have also been licensed by the Cosmetology Board for over 30 years, with no problems or complaints ever. Instead of helping me or trying to get me help, the medical board only archived my emails. This went on for over 2 years, with NO RESPONSE EVER from the Medical Board. Finally, I threatened media attention on the board. Within 3  days, the boards investigators were on my doorstep to respond to that email, came in my house, wouldn’t look at the evidence I had , and declared me "delusional" and ordered me into one of those psych exams you speak of that Rita refused to go to.

Let me tell you something, The Medical Board of Ohio has to be the most unethical branch of the government there is. In their documentation of my emails, that were their "excuse" to order the exam, which as my attorney said, is only their 3way of going after your right to practice, in their documentation on the letter with Noffsli9nger, they only paraphrased certain sentences of paragraphs, they did not include the last email I submitted about media attention IN THIER COLLECTION AND ONLY LISTED THE EMAILS AFTER THE TIME THAT I GOT SMART WITH A mentor cop about his brother. This was an obvious attempt to make it look like I was just disrespectful to cops and as if I deserved whatever I got. I worked with these cops for years. I took care of the mother of the cop I got smart with, when the rest of the restaurant choose to let her walk in 3 feet of snow, saying to me, "don’t help her". I have a paper trail of 300 pages, on legal documents and the board’s letterhead that proves how negligent they are, where their priorities are at, as in appears that their only concern is their image in the public eye and media.

For your information, I was told by Detective Jeffery Lewis of the board, just don’t land us in the paper. This board seemed to care nothing of the public they claim to protect, but to only care of t4heir image in the media. If it hits the paper, they will hang that practitioner out to dry, so it looks like their doing their job. On their "documentation" of my emails they stated that I said I was a suspect in a robbery at my mother’s house in Oregon Ohio. They placed this as public information on the www. , when I can provide the police report of that crime, and I'm nowhere on the police report. My emails were submitted through their complaint link which is supposed to be converted by "confidentiality". The emails were going to be thrown out going into a deposition with a hearing officer because it broke ORC to display the. This board goes for your reputation and will call schools the student is attending, mock the student when in reality the joke seems to clearly be this Medical Board. As Rita told me 9in class, upon any discrepancies with a hospital or this board, the first thing they try to attack is a person’s "mental health". This is considered corporate psychology.

I had survellencing put inside my home, in the bedroom and bathroom, inside my elderly mother’s home, 150 miles west of where this was going on at, when she and my child had nothing to do with it. The survellencing in her home was placed in both of her bathrooms, I proved this by a vulgar act, after I complained and asked for help getting them off my fairly, for over 6 months. This videotaping was passed around to the public, to embarrass me, proving it was not professional survellencing.   This is the tip of the ice burg. If you ever want to debate, respond and we can set a debate up. I will win.

You're not an MD anymore so quit using that as your ID.  Your license to practice was suspended indefinitely almost 20 years ago because you REFUSED to submit to a Board ordered psychological evaluation.   The evaluation was ordered because of your increasingly BIZARRE behavior.  Of note was your outburst in another doctor's office where you were witnessed to repeatedly bang your wrists on a table in what appeared to be an attempt by you to re-fracture your wrists.

Your internet rants are pointless and just make us lay folk believe that the Board's action was correct and appropriate.
