State Of Florida Disbursement Unit Stonewalled by Employees, FL SDU failed to properly track and account for my child support payments and sent notice to suspend drivers license which is now suspended. Tallahassee, Florida

SDU failed to properly post a check and I was informed they needed a faxed copy of the check, I called my bank of america and received an email indicating they sent the faxed copy of the check and they also spoke to a Lisa at SDU in reference to this issue. The check was cashed 20 days before the threatened driver license suspension by them.

I checked my license online and they allowed it to be suspended anyway and a return call to them indicated they received no fax from bank of america. I called bank of america and explained so they re-faxed it to the number which was double checked on both ends to be sure and I waited 2 more days and still suspended and the bank has confirmed twice of the transmittal, now still no email address was provided so it could be scanned an sent in a contemporary manner and no hold on the suspension which would be a reasonable temporary solution with the exception of a 60.00 fee payable to the dmv.

However what would be more reasonable is them to figure out what they did with the money as anyone else in any industry or business would have to account for missing funds and conduct an investigation to provent litigation, oh whoops the state has immunity and does not have to preform at the same standard as the rest of the world.

This is our gov't. and we voted them in and there are competent people to fill positions out of work in Florida including me so why is this an issue and I feel so stonewalled by this and many other Gov't processes and I believe they receive 5.25 for every check processed and it appears they could care less what account to post it in despite the injury to taxpayers.

I think it is fine to complain, but to complain without a solution is not fair. 

I have a solution everyone in a government job due to mass unemployment must take a test to determine who is the smartest person for any job and compete with the unemployed at all times, this way we have accountability and the taxpayer has the most bang for the buck, instead of people who have impunity.

I suspect they have email and web access to report to Dept of Revenue, Clerk of Courts and the DMV that taxpayers pay for but this would force accountability and a data record which apparently poses a threat to a gov't employee of contact and confirmation of matters, but this would find the rat in the woodpile but its easier to just suspend licenses, waste time, cause headaches to people.

We need gov't accountability so lets put a webcam in all civil offices so we can watch them since they won't watch themselves and the unemployed can watch them for us, capture the video and challenge them for their job and make them sweat like the rest of us, as you know its us against them and we deserve to have the best gov't on earth.

Who will protect us from the protectors? lol

We did this to bp a mile under the ocean and we saw they were at least doing something constructive.
